What is Island Rock? Island Rock is a state of the art indoor rock climbing facility. Our unique construction creates a seamless climbing surface that's the closest thing to real rock climbing.

Who can climb? In short...almost anyone! Children as young as 6 years old can start climbing during their first visit to Island Rock (That's why our Birthday Parties are so popular!) With over 9000 square feet of climbing area, a 25 foot rappel tower, two crack climbs, separate lead wall and bouldering cave, there's fantastic opportunities for everyone and every type of rock climbing.

What if I've never climbed before? That's not a problem. Island Rock's staff can "show you the ropes" and get you climbing on your very first visit. You wont believe how safe and easy it is. All climbers are attached to a safety harness so it's totally safe and more fun that you've ever imagined! Friends and family can even climb together.

Why Climb? To start with... Rock climbing is FUN, plain and simple. Beyond that, rock climbing is an amazing form of exercise that works muscle groups that are unique to this sport.
